Wildlings Education require you to complete a new form each half term for group activities or for each event booking.

Delay in completion may result in the activity not being suitable for your child.

Wildlings Education will not take responsibility for any omissions or errors, not amended in reasonable time, affecting the suitability of the activity for your child.
Reasonable alternatives, amendments or adaptations will be made using the information provided.
If any details change please make Wildlings Education aware as soon as possible before an activity/group session.
